Privacy Policy

1. What this extension does

The Seller Activity Tracker is a Chrome extension that records actions taken by authorised Havenware team members while they are logged into Amazon Seller Central India (sellercentral.amazon.in) and Amazon Ads India (advertising.amazon.in). The purpose is to maintain an internal log of team activity for operational transparency and accountability.

2. Data we collect

When an authorised team member uses the extension on the supported Amazon sites, the following data is recorded:

• Page visits - the URL and page title of pages visited on the supported Amazon sites
• Field edits - the name of the field changed, the previous value, and the new value
• Button and link clicks - the label or identifier of the element clicked
• Notes - optional text notes entered manually by the team member via the extension popup
• Metadata - timestamp, team member name, and device label (set by the user)

We do not collect passwords, payment details, financial data, personal communications, health information, or any data from websites other than the two Amazon sites listed above.

3. How we use this data

All collected data is sent to and stored on Havenware's private server at amazontools.letsadvertise.in. It is used solely for:

• Providing an internal activity log visible to authorised Havenware administrators
• Enabling team accountability and operational review
• Answering queries via the Claude AI integration (read-only access to the same data)

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any collected data with third parties. Data is stored on Havenware's own server. The Claude AI integration is granted read-only access to query the activity log; it cannot modify or delete any data.

5. Data storage and retention

Data is stored in a private MySQL database on Havenware's hosting account. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Data is retained for as long as operationally needed and may be deleted by the administrator at any time.

6. Permissions used and why

• storage - stores the user's authentication token and device name locally so the extension can identify the team member
• alarms - schedules periodic background tasks to send buffered activity events to the server
• scripting - injects a content script into supported Amazon pages to detect and record activity
• host permissions - required to run on sellercentral.amazon.in, advertising.amazon.in, and amazontools.letsadvertise.in (the team's server)

7. Who can access this extension

The extension is distributed as an unlisted item on the Chrome Web Store. Only team members who have been given a personal authentication token by a Havenware administrator can use it. Tokens are issued individually and can be revoked at any time by the administrator.

8. Your rights

Team members may request that their activity data be deleted by contacting the administrator at letsadvertiseteamwork@gmail.com. Access can be revoked at any time by the administrator.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy is updated, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
